Harold Packer leads Packer Development, LLC as owner and principal developer. As a licensed general contractor and owner of EL GATOS STATE OF THE ART CONSTRUCTION, he brings hands-on experience in framing, finishes, and project management directly into every new build and redevelopment project.
Harold founded Packer Development with a clear objective, to fight climate change by delivering LEED, ENERGY STAR, and Indoor airPLUS certified homes that perform well in real life, not only on paper. His approach blends disciplined budgeting and scheduling with careful attention to building science, air sealing, and mechanical design.
As part of a family-owned, Black-owned business, Harold views each project as a long-term commitment to both buyers and investors. He stays personally involved in site selection, contractor oversight, and investor communication so that every home reflects our standards for efficiency, comfort, and value.
